This machine is a combination of visual positioning, four sides covering modules. It's suitable for making all types of book style case, (such as mobile phone boxes, moon cake boxes, tea boxes, cosmetics boxes) hardcover bookcase, notebook covers, desk calendar, folders, etc.

This equipment can automatically complete the processes of feeding paper, gluing, cardboard automatic feeding, automatic visual positioning of paper and cardboard, and automatic four-side wrapping of the case once. It has the features of high production efficiency and high positioning accuracy.

2.Within 2 sets of high precision cameras and YAMAHA robot arm, Positioning accuracy of ± 0.05mm.

YAMAHA robot arm are adopted to accurate position all kinds of product , such like hardcover maker, lining,etc.

3.Able to production Rigid Box and Hard Cover(Case Maker) and lining.

4.Able to production box and case at the same time, Capacity up to15-30 PCS/Min.
