LY-PK-1816RM is a no-die, non-metal flexible material cutting machine designed specifically for sample making and small-batch customized production in the packaging industry. This machine adopts a high-end servo control system and requires no die-cutting mold. The multi-function design integrates cutting, creasing, grooving, and half-cut processes into one machine. Two independently driven work heads allow multiple tools to operate continuously, with interchangeable tool modules between stations. Thus, one machine handles cutting, creasing, grooving, and plotting without manual recalibration. Built-in automatic tool setting system enables one-touch calibration and length compensation after tool change, ensuring fast changeover with high precision.
