LY- 3000CB Intelligent 2 in 1 High Speed Rigid Box Making Machine(within bubble pressing functions)
The LY-3000CB is an intelligent 2-in-1 high-speed rigid box making machine with built-in bubble pressing. Production speed up to 60-70 pcs/min (single side) or 25-35 pairs/min (double side) for normal operation. Suitable for smartphone boxes, cosmetic boxes, jewelry boxes, wine box covers, etc. It adopts servo control and visual positioning system to automatically complete feeding, gluing, positioning, forming, edge wrapping, and bubble pressing. Positioning accuracy ±0.05mm, change-over-time 30 minutes, dual forming stations ensure high output and stable operation.
This machine adopts servo control system and visual positioning system to realize automatic completion of paper feeding, gluing, cardboard feeding, corner pasting, positioning, box forming, edge wrapping, and built-in bubble pressing.

- Secure it with a downward-pulling suction, allowing the tray to stable fall onto the conveyor belt.
- Conveyor belt feeding system simultaneously transports two matching boxes of different sizes to the positioning section.
- Easy to set up, tape width in 19mm.
