LY-800C Semi Automatic Wrapping Machine
This machine adopts PLC programming technology, with a touch screen man-machine interface for parameter setting, fault display and fault stop functions. It utilizes pneumatic double servo and stepper control. All control components of this machine are from international high-end brands, ensuring a low failure rate, high precision and fully automated production process.
Unlike traditional molding machines, this machine allows direct input of product length, width and height without replacing the pressure bubble plate or spatula. The mold can be adjusted automatically, which greatly reduces mold change time and lowers the failure rate.
It is ideal for the folding, creasing and blister pressing of various gift boxes, packaging boxes, mobile phone boxes, shoe boxes and other cartons. It features a compact size, ease of operation, high speed and minimal labor requirements.
