Key Features
Dual Channel System
Double channels system for paper picking and laying, enabling simultaneous two-color stamping as well as sammeld ruck. Supports flat stamping, 3D stamping and embossing with different molds.
High Precision Positioning
Equipped with front stop, double side gauge and laser sensor to achieve high-precision positioning of ±0.02mm. Features large hot stamping area with maximum size of 720mm × 460mm.
Advanced Stamping Technology
Fully automatic hot foil stamping with pressure driven by servo, reaching approximately 4.2T/cm² and being adjustable. Mismatched design of closing table and pressure table enables quick plate replacement (within 20 minutes).
Temperature Control
Equipped with four independently adjustable temperature zones (60-150°C), catering to the stamping requirements of various materials.
Paper Handling System
Conveyor belt supports variable-frequency suction adjustment for different paper weights. Sensors detect double feeding or no feeding of paper. Minimum applicable paper thickness is 80 grams.
Automated Operation
CAM paper feeding with maximum stacking height of 300mm and production speed of 15-25 pieces per minute. Automatic paper collection after stamping completion.
