      LY-100N95KZ-BTJ is our newly designed fully semi-automatic N95 face maks making machine  and 

usually it's used for the production of semi-finished N95 face masks. When the semi-finished N95

respirators come out, there should be earloop welding and edge sealing for them and after the 2 steps,

the masks are totally completed.

      Usually speaking, one semi automatic N95 face mask making machine needs to be worked with 3

earloop welding machines and 4 edge sealing machines and the production speed of this whole line is

60-80pcs/min.

      The semi-automatic N95 face mask making machine fearures in high speed, automatic alarm and stop, 

stable production, HMI touch screen control and easy operation.
